2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods.

The contract is concluded through:

  • our order confirmation via email or
  • the shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT (where applicable).

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

The invoice amount is due immediately.


4th delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
We will inform the customer immediately of any delays.


5. Shipping costs

Any shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.


6. Right of withdrawal (30-day return policy)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform us (e.g. by email).

After cancellation:

  • The customer returns the goods.
  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within the statutory period.

7. Return Policy

Returned items must:

  • be unused
  • are in their original condition
  • Please return the item in its original packaging if possible.

The customer may be required to bear the return shipping costs, provided this is legally permissible.


8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

In case of defects, the customer is entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement
  • Refund may be issued in accordance with legal regulations.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for:

  • gross negligence
  • Injury to life, body or health

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
