Refund policy

1. Overview

At Limovera, we want our customers to shop with confidence. This return and refund policy clearly and transparently explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

This policy applies to all orders delivered within Germany and complies with applicable consumer protection regulations and the requirements of the Google Merchant Center.

2. Right of withdrawal (30-day withdrawal period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 30  days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging or in reasonably good condition.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once your cancellation has been approved, you must return the item within 30 days .

3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Furniture that has been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Gift wrapping or additional service fees

These exceptions do not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described .

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following information:

  • Clear photos or a short video of the problem
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

In these cases, return shipping is free , and we provide a prepaid return label .

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Return shipping is free.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided.

Return for personal reasons

  • If the item is in good condition, but the customer no longer wishes to keep it, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

6. How to return an item

To request a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page .

After your return has been approved:

  • We will send you a return label or return instructions.
  • Download and print the return label.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Attach the return label to the package.
  • Please return the package to our return address via a postal or courier service.

7. Refund process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • The processing times of banks or payment providers may vary.
