At Limovera, we are committed to providing fast, transparent, and reliable shipping. This policy outlines our processing times, delivery times, shipping costs, and order procedures to ensure a clear and trustworthy shopping experience.

1. Order processing time (handling + order cut off time)

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order deadline: 5:00 PM (GMT)

Orders received after 5:00 PM , on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day .

2. Shipping time (transport)

Shipping time: 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated total delivery time: 9–14 business days

3. Where we deliver

We currently only deliver to USA .
If your location is not supported, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

5. Shipment tracking & order confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number .

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become visible.

You can track your shipment via the link in the confirmation email or via our "Track Order" page .

6. Customs, fees & VAT

For international deliveries:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or value added tax (VAT) that may be levied by the respective country.

We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.

7. Order changes & cancellations

  • Changes to the order or delivery address are possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders can be cancelled until 7:00 PM (GMT) on the day of the order .
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In this case, you can refuse delivery. A refund will be issued after the item is returned.

8. Returns & Exchanges (Policy Compliance)

  • Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery (unused items).
  • Return shipping is free – we provide a prepaid return label.
  • Damaged or incorrect items will receive a free replacement or a full refund .

9. Undeliverable or incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment.

Additional shipping costs may apply for resending.

We will never treat you unfairly or refuse refunds due to an incorrect address.
